How do I convert US Allroad to enable DTL (Daytime Running Lights)?

Re: Why bother? leave it as is. Have you checked the tech section for a DIY?
You need DRL to pass Federal inspection to get car licensed in Canada. Otherwise I would not bother. I have not been able to find a clear enough DIY description on these posts, so I think I'll have dealer handle it.

Thanks All. I got Vancouver West Motors to hook up the parking / running lights for $80. http://www.vancouverwestmotors.ca/
Canadian Tire passed it for the Federal inspection, although I believe that a car technically requires either headlights or Fog lights as DRL's in Canada. Anyway - I am set.
