how hard is it to put S4 seats in a A4 with manual seats??

I was planning on doing this when I first bought my A4 back in '01...
From my research back then, the seat rails and their mounting points for the A4 are different than those in the S4, it'd be quite a PITA to put in S4 seats.
So I bought a S4 instead ;-)
