So what is the official protocol with respect to honouring the adjusted MSRP?
I ordered my car in October and it will probably arrive in January/February. Since this is a change in MSRP, I would assume that the dealer should reduce the deal we struck by the amount by which the MSRP has reduced. As jheacock said this would not affect the dealer's profit in the deal.
What is the best approach if the dealer refuses to honour the new MSRP?
