I had enough with Audi ownership experience.

I imagine you've spoken to Audi Canada Customer Service people?
If you have, and they did nothing to help you, then you are doing the right thing.
FWIW, I had major issues with a BMW dealer in Toronto. I contacted BMW Canada Customer Service, and all was straightened out.
It's amazing what a few choice words directed at the right people can do...
