i have a leak in the flex pipe on my exhaust, who in toronto can fix it?

if you only want to spend $150 or less,...
Any welding shop can weld it if you give them the replacement flex part of the exhaust. if you know the diameter and the length of the flex part, you can find one for like 30bucks.
but, what i did was i took it to Mr.Muffler and they measured the flex part and the diameter of the OEM part from underneath the car. They ordered the part and they called me the next day. They unbolted the pipe and cut off the flex part and welded the new flex part back in. Labor+part+taxes was around 150bucks. However, the dealer would tell you to replace the entire thing for like 900 bucks?
