It's official, Audi lost my wife to BMW. Maybe me next?

Remember to ask the customer: "Would you like your car in black, deep black, midnight black, off-black, very-very-black, blackhole black, 6-feet-under black or opposite white?"

some are better than others, but none are anywhere near as good as competitors (MB, BMW). My friends used to laugh at me and could never understand why I stuck with the brand. If I couldn't diagnose and repair most of the things myself, I would have been long gone. Its this board and vag-com that made owning an Audi possible for me. Sales wise...well, I still have a sales guy call me by a completely wrong name. For some crazy reason he seems to think that my name is Alex, but atleast he says hello. I think that the last two dealerships (Pfaff and Markham) seem to have changed the bad aura of Audi ownership, but I still don't think its anywhere near the standards that I would expect from a luxury brand.
Either way; my post, which turned into a rant, simply meant to let our dealers know that small things matter and if a customer states that it is important then it is. Telling us that its stupid and we shouldn't care is simply not the best approach and doesn't make us want to come back. I'd love to see Audi's attitude change. For now, as much as I love their cars, I really stopped caring about owning one. I couldn't care less about owning an Audi anymore amd thats really because of the way Audi has treated me (and every other person I know) over the years. Like I said, absolutely everyone I know who has money to burn on luxury sedans and who tried Audi, never went back and always complained about customer service.
