Default This one!

They travel well, and problems have been few and far between. I've made movies, created music, made photo books, and of course done the usual word processor type things with it. They aren't perfect by any stretch, but I can't imagine going back to PCs any more.

http://www.apple.com/getamac/</a

Default AHHAHAHA LOL ROLF. I will NEVER buy another Apple product after my iPod (m)

The hardware on these things is such a peice of sh@t. Speaking to the iPod. Why does the customer pay over $300 for a music player that the battery barely lasts longer than a year, the screen fails after a year and a half, and the heard drive can go at any time? For the money these things are junk. If they were $100 for the 60GB and it lasted about a year, thats ok but upwards of $400 (at the time) is rediculous. I had a sony walkman from 1992, let me rephrase that, I HAVE a sony walkman and its still works perfectly.

I heard Jocey Dy (Die, Dye) on the edge 102.1 priasing her IMAC or whatever it was. She was saying that with the IMAC all you have to do is plug a printer into it, or a camera and it automatically finds out what it is, starts a program, and gets your photos. Well so does my PC from 1998. Sorry for the rant, but I just dont get the hype about Apple.

Whoa, I have never vented about my dislike for Apple, I think Apple owner is like a BMW drive, stuck up and stuck on inferior products marketed well. No offence to anyone with an Apple here, I know you all drive Audis

<end rant>

of course this is all my optinion and all of my statements could be completly wrong!

I believe Dell has better warranty coverage in Canada. Depends what you pay for though.

Default Cool. I'm down to Dell or Lenovo

I like the Dells, i know a bunch of people who have Dells and like them. On the other hand my uncle is a business manager at Lenovo. If my computer takes a dump, I'll hand it back to him and tell himt hat he recommended I buy this and fix it! And as useless as it may be the Lenovo has a fingerprint scanner. Thats freakin James Bond ****!

Default Why are they open boxes?? I think I just pulled the trigger on the Lenovo

My uncle threw in a bunch of good stuff, cases, wireless mouse, bunch of storage devices, extended warrenty, and a few other things. And this way, if the computer does break, it will go back to him and he can deal with it. It has been a long battle for him to get anyone in our family to buy something from him (he is slightly wierd) so I thoght I'd give him a chance.

Thanks for your help
