This is a comparison of 4300k stock U.S. spec S4 lights using stock 35 W ballasts v.s. 6000k Ultinon bulbs with the same ballasts.

But from that pic in your post, I almost see a hint of green...

Fogs light recommendation? hmmmm no fogs made will be able to match a high temp HID low beam in my opinion. But then again, I'm not the fog light expert... Don't have them on my car nor do I want them (spoils the airflow to the intercoolers)...
But once you upgrade your lights, you won't give a damn about your fogs... will only look yellow no matter what bulbs you use.

you can get pretty close.

Try the 55watt H11 fog light bulbs from Supreme Power Parts or Hoen USA.

I've got the SPP H11s and they look much whiter than stock.

Those that are under $500 are for 35W ballasts and 4500k bulbs.... If you want the brightest lights out there with the most appealing colour, you must go for the 50W's. If you want the best, it will cost you...Sometimes, when I had oem 35W ballasts, it would flicker on startup... with these 50W Auserwalds, there is none of that and the bulbs are warrantied for 3 years...
I say save your pennies and get the SPP kit...There is no substitute.
