Egil A64.2s - S6

I bought the MMI update CD, 4L0 906 961 H, and thought I was good to go. It turns out, from what I can gather, that I still need a second CD 4F0 906 961AB. Is this correct? If it is; where do I get this CD? I would have thought that a '07 car would not requite this.
