My paint on my front fenders is starting to peel. so far it's all under the lip so it's not visible but big flakes are breaking off an coming close to reaching the edge. I'm hoping I can grind it a bit and use touch up paint but it seems to just break and flake when I try sanding.

Any good place I could take it for paint? I'm noticing some other rust spots just starting so I'm considering painting the whole car in the next year or so...

I'm gonna sand the lip lightly and apply touch up paint.
