Park Avenue Audi service rant

No really, I can't emphasis how pitiful the service is.
Picture it: March 2003
My mother bought a 2003 A4 there. At the time, I told her to go to Niquet because I had shopped around and they offered better pricing. My mother felt it was too much of a hassle to go to St.Bruno, so she bought her car at Park Avenue. I asked the sales guy, what can you offer us more here since we're paying more? He said "The BEST service possible"
Fast forward to December 2003:
I'm shopping around to buy my own 2004 A4 Ultra. I come to the dealership 3-4 times, the sales guy doesn't even remember me. Here is a guy who promised the best service ever, and doesn't even remember me or bother to offer service cause i look too young...and i'm about to buy a 2nd audi. In the end their prices suck as usual ("no we can absolutely not sell at this price") Niquet sells for $1500 cheaper.
Fast Forward August 2004:
I call Niquet for an inbetween oil change (16K). The guy states right away that they're going to put the new 2004.5 oil filter, and use Castrol Syntex 5W-40 oil.
I call Park Avenue for my mother's car (45K), don't even know about synthetic oil AOA bulletin, and want to charge me extra.
A few more things to note: Niquet has offered me courtesy cars a few times. Park Avenue never. Niquet always have people to answer their phones, Park Avenue at times sends me to a voice box!! WTF?? Who the hell has to leave a message just to get called back to make an appointment?? You should ALWAYS have people available to take appointments!!
All in all, Park Avenue offers the worse price, and really don't offer any service except the minimum. And they don't know their material. any jo-blo can read a audi pamphelet and become a sales person for them (case and point, they didn't know ANYTHING about ultrasport package last year. completely in the dark.)
