Pressure washer? Yes? No? Why?

I never really washed my car before buying the A4. Now I have both a car and motorcycle to wash. Is a pressure washer worth it? Would an electrical model be sufficient?

I (ok, my dad) was concerned about the cost to run a pressure washer on 120 volts electricity. So we brought a gas pressure washer, it's used for lots of other thing a small electric washer can't do. like really clean the driveway and the white marble on the front stairs of the house.
While using a pressure washer, just don't go to close to the paint and you won't damage it. I've used on for at least 4 years now and I couldn't live w/o it now.
Lots of peoples say to do not use pressure water on cars btu I say fvck off, they use it in audi/vw/porsche dealers, so it can't be that bad.
Sincierely, I've never harmed any car with my pressure washer and I've used it on a lot of car.

... the most satisfying. I'm not saying you can't do a good job with a pressure washer but I just don't get the same feeling.
I'm sure Vincent does a great job as many have stated before but if you ask me... Of course I only have one car to wash, I could be telling another story if I had more.
Try this link Jonathan. This guy is as crazy as me with his car. Great write up for a clean freak like me

The purpose of the pressure washer is to remove dirt and grime that you could drag aroung your paint with your washing mitten. I also use it to clean wheels, I spray acid base (don't flame me, it's good if you mix it with water
) and pressure wash, it look brand new after, w/o brushing.
