Question about RIV and importing older cars.
I remember reading on the RIV website that their list of accepted cars was only cars 15 years or newer, and busses make in 1971 and up.
SO if I'm looking at importing a 69 Camero SS or a Chevelle, what woudl be involved in brining that across. I know I havent done my research yet, but I thought this may be a good starting point.

Like I said, I havent read that in detail. Just wondering about exemption. Yes found it..
Vehicles Over 15 years old (except buses)
All vehicles (except buses) that are over 15 years or older by the date of manufacture are exempt from the Registrar of Imported Vehicles program. You must be able to prove the age of the vehicle to a Customs officer.
