Servicing a Chipped Car in Calgary

I had my car port-programmed by APR a couple weeks ago. I am well past the warranty period. When I bring my car in for routine service, do I need to tell them its chipped? I sort of presume that they can tell this when they hook up their diagnostic computer. This may be a stupid question, but given that the APR software was just flash loaded onto my ECU, they can't overwrite that, can they (accidentally or otherwise)?
As an aside, do other Southern Albertans on here bring their cars to Glenmore post-warranty? If not, any place you would recommend?

Works for me.
I had my S4 TB etc done there.
Great job!
Unless you've got any warranty left why wouldn't you tell Glenmore or anyone else you're chipped? Any shop needs to know all the details if they are working on that part of the car.
