just ask a whole bunch of leading questions;
Officer:
1. were there any other cars on the road at that time?
2. how many?
3. were they close to me?
4. did you notice a black Acura travelling right behind me at the time you pulled me over? (backend way to introduce evidence and the crown my object, you can rephrase it)
5. did you at any point take your eyes off my car?
6. were there other cars traveling fast at that time? (he can't realistically answer as any reply you can pick apart and introduce more doubt)
7. Finally are you Absolutely certain without a shadow of a doubt you saw My car (be careful on this one, this could make or break the case)
I'm sure you can think of a few more but as long as you get the officer to admit to a few of them you've introduced enuf doubt. Any reasonable judge will dismiss the case after your closing statement.
