Default use a large hammer and strike the wheel bearing housing

on the horizontal plane all around the ball joint stud. put down your purse and hit it hard, you will not damage the housing. listen for the sound change when you are hitting it. the arm will come out like new.

Default if that doesn't work use a cold chisel and open the split

in the housing that corosponds to the difficult balljoint and repeat step one. note: be carful not to hammer the cold chisel in too far or it will rest against the top of the ball stud and prevent removal.
have fun
