Here's a pic. of my ride and the now well known Passat 2.7T conversion. (I went in the car yesterday but this picture was taken a week ago)
I must say that a FWD 2.7T (5 speed) feels way different, especially under rain. 1st gear is longer but only 5 speed... No traction at all if you go WOT! The car is only "Stage 1" with an Upsolute Chip (similar to Giac). Car boosting at 15-16 PSI, with very low MAF readings (210-220g/s). No snorkel for cold air and no holes near the wheel for intercooler cooling yet (or Darintake mod).

where the engine has to be mounted horizontally? Given the extreme compactness of our S4 engine bay, I'm amazed someone got it to fit. I bet getting all the plumbing to work was a serious pain and took some major talent.
I'm impressed that someone got it to work but why not do it in a 'cooler' car like a Shelby cobra kit car or a TT (but this has been done already)? Anyway, from an engineering point of view, my hat is off to the people that did this.

I saw one the other day near Molson Stadium where the Alouettes plays. Believe or not, I saw a girl loading up the S4 Avant.
Not too sure if it's a Montreal or out of town plate.
