You can't be serious! This really isn't such a bad experience.
I'm sure we have all had the old "Come in and we will sign the papers tonight" with a fixed price only to realize that he started inflating his price once you wasted time getting down to the dealership.
IMP, that is much worse.

meh; guy might have really been hoping for the sale and thought he had it
people vent in different ways... just like children
let them get out their little rage
you don't have to deal with the guy again, you have a q7 (congrats), let it go =) life has too many legitimate concerns to worry about stupid **** like that =)
*on a side note, i'd probably go and drop off a starbucks card for 1.99 with a card that said "sorry if you think we used you as a test pilot"
don't let him know the amount
but that would only be if i was bored and wanted to play with people =)
