My commute went from 45 minutes to 1h 45m due to an intersection closed for 3 months.
I wrote the Lake County Dept. of Transportation. Not only did he address my concerns and gave alternates (which actually worked) but he also said that my suggestions for areas that need attention are in the works. He shared a couple web urls for projects and how I could support their execution.
I used to be "keep 53 away from here" but considering how Lake County has grown, I can't help but hope they build it (hopefuly some bike trails get attention first, though).
