<center><img src="http://www.hostdub.com/albums/tivs31/Cruise_TEE.sized.jpg"></center><p>Well I have been entertaining this idea for about a month now, and have actually decided to do it, so I posted this up about 2 weeks ago on the Vortex, ( I am a regular there since I have a jetta ) but I would love to see some of the Audi world people come out as well so here goes

The event will start at the meetup at the Schumberg Hooters at about 10:15, we will then leave for Lake Geneva by 11 at the latest. When we get to Lake Geneva we are going to drive to the Big Foot State Park and chill there. This will be the home base for the cruise. Mainly after we get up there, the chioces are yours, there is apparently a great hiking trail up there for those that are into that, there is BBQ's so all you that want to cook can, I am trying to organize some sort of Soccer game, Downtown Lake Geneva is also about 2 miles away so all you shoppers/antiquers/eaters can go there, And Finnally Lake Geneva has a ton of nice twisty roads all around the Lake, so some twisty fun may just be in order for all the driver's. But in all reality whatever you want to do is up to you, you can just chill Big Pimpin style or go out and enjoy the day with a ton of dubbers. So the chioces are yours.

Here are the play by play directions through the Mapquest

1: Start out going East on E GOLF RD/ IL-58 E toward MIDDLE DR. 0.53 miles

2: Turn RIGHT onto W FRONTAGE RD. 0.53 miles

3: Turn LEFT onto E WOODFIELD RD. 0.09 miles

4: Turn LEFT onto E FRONTAGE RD. 0.17 miles

5: Merge onto IL-53 N via the ramp- on the left- toward I-90. 6.86 miles

6: Merge onto IL-53 EXT N. 1.96 miles

7: Stay straight to go onto E LAKE COOK RD/ CR-A50/ CR-100. 0.76 miles

8: Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto N RAND RD/ US-12 W. Continue to follow US-12 W. 28.55 miles

9: Turn RIGHT onto N MAIN ST/ US-12. Continue to follow US-12 W. 12.20 miles

10: Merge onto WI-50 W toward LAKE GENEVA/ WILLIAMS BAY. 1.69 miles

Well a friend of mine makes T-shirts, so I figure why not , I am going to try to make a logo and a design on the back of the T-Shirt and get them for the cruise, anyway im if you want one, or just post up. I'll try to make it a nice cotton with some decent graphic. So here it is, thank you goes out to Kieran who did a great job with the design

And thanks everyone again for giving me interest, the idea has blossomed into a great event, and without you guys it wouldn't be possible.

Heh, I have yet to see the Bears "Play" a game this year.

I am sorry I didn't know that the cubs were playing that weekend, but the way they played last night, they may just be sitting back and realaxing waiting for the giants/marlins winner

I am a fan of chicago sports, however I had no idea when I started organizing this that it would coincide with the cubs, and as far as the bears, as much as I would love to watch them I would rather see about 50 hot chicago cars cruising together than the bears.

I tried to organize the event in between other chicago car club events, liek the dyno day on the 12th and the autocross on the 28th.

I sm sorry I didn't post it here, but it's been on the vortex for about a month, and I have about 40 cars from all over chicago in, so I hope some audi's can come out as well,

I know for a fact that Stickerboy is comming out, so I want to see some more

he can be occasionally, I guess, but he is a friend of mine so he said he would be there. I think the guys at Moto Persona are cruising along as well. Anyway I thought this would be a nice way for everyone to gtg and have a nice day chilling with a lot of other car guys,

I wish I had posted up here earlier but again everyone is invited, if you would like to come and have the time, please come out and say hello, at least if you don't cruise you can always hang out by hooters and see a nice group of cars together.
