Just wish I didn't have to leave for the airport on Sunday.
Lots of thanks to the event masters. They make the event a success. But thanks to everyone else too. It's the entire group of participants that make the event FUN.
With 200+ days of track time behind me, with many different clubs, I have to say that ACCCC is tops on the list! Great group of enthusiasts, lots of willing volunteers, well-run low key event, lots of fun cars, willing students, etc. It all adds up to a club that has fun without getting crazy serious. I had a hell of a good time, both on and off the track.
After a hiatus of a few years, it was great to get back on the track in a Drivers Ed event!!! Even if it was in a big ol' wagon. But Press shouldn't be the only one with a big girl on the track. A number of you offered to ride with me to show me the line, and others let me "follow" them around to learn the line. Helped me get a feel for both tracks very quickly. Thanks!
It was wonderful to get back to instructing again too. And nothing stock either. Fun cars and great students- thanks DaveyKid and Paul (go CPT). You were model students who happened to have really fun rides! And DaveyKid- thanks for letting me take a few laps in the Red Rocket! You realize what you've done don't you? I'm still grinning from the run session behind the wheel. Now I want my own Red Rocket Replica.
Thanks again to everyone!

Oh, and there is only one "red rocket". This isn't it.
sure was fun to properly warm up the brakes and tires for you. I thought that 45 mins would be good enough. I trust it was.
