Got a letter w/ photos of my rear plate...
on my car from two years ago. They must be backlogged. Called up w/ my IPASS number and they deducted the toll amounts only. No harm, no foul.

the fines are on a car I no longer own... I did at the time of the infractions but I also had IPASS
I will just keep trying, I get constant busy signals with customer service... sooner or later they will answer
