destroyed the paint on my A8 and now they don't want to step up to the plate. The used car GM Billy boy, is a rude SOB with no care for his customers. I have spent tons of money at that stealership and he treated me like ****. I have no respect for businesses which are ran in a shady way. He is too much of an idiot to figure out that by spending a couple of bucks on fixing my car now, he will earn that dealership thousands in repairs and maint. over the next few years.

I hope you guys take your business elsewhere. I know hundreds of people come to forums to dog a dealer but, if we as a community stick together and demand better service and quality from the dealers, then there wouldn't be any need for such posts or headaches for enthusiasts. As time passes by, these dealers are getting ruder and less caring towards the customers. But, if all of us stick together and give all of our business to a dealer who actually gives a ****. One who realizes the importance of a satisfied cutomer. Then it will make life easier for all of us.

Please let me know which dealer I should try next. I was going to go with continental. Never been there but, going to have to give them a shot.
