straights so you figure he has to be doing 175-180 easy. That's maybe a 10-15 mph difference between Ian and Jim.
Even still I got my *** kicked by Ian. Ian is strong in the braking zones and through the turns and that's the only place I could catch Jim. When that element was neutralized and I knew I couldn't catch that car in the straights it was all over.

might not be considering is Jim's CGT's acceleration from 140-165, which takes less than most cars on earth vs his terminals speed.
His car is likely 30% faster from 140-165, leaving you falling back and needing more top speed to actually close the distance he created.
By Jim's estimation, Ian was 27mph faster (subtracting his numbers from Ian's).
I do know that Jim's speed didn't seem any faster than yours at start finish. The same cannot be said for Ian, Randy or Chip! : )

I had that feeling most all weekend. Sometimes it is fun to be in a slower car. Your car is amazing. Really cool video.

I tend to start slacking off a little when I don't have a car to play with. And it's 10x more fun to play with other peeps than solo.

If that's the same car that was at RA this fall I don't think he had his foot all the way in it Dave.

Ian would but I'm no better a driver than Jim is. We're both just amateur weekend DE kind of guys so at least the playing field is the same in terms of talent.
