Cheapest hand car wash in the city?

There is $10 before 10am specials at Strickly by Hand and also the place just south of
Grand at Halsted on the west side of the street, I think it is We'll Clean, which is where I go most of the time now, Strickly by hand is in the south loop at 2009 s wabash and the west loop on 1125 or something Van Buren just before Asland. Also the same deal at Randolf Street auto spa at 1308 w randolf if it is still open. All about the same quality.

So I went to the car wash after the ABCC event
and got it all cleaned up. I asked and paid for the exterior only and the boys hooked me up. They vacuumed, windexed, shined up the tires, etc. At the time, I was happy that they went the extra mile.
Due to snow in the forecast, I shelved those tires for a few weeks until Grattan. I put them back on at the event. I think Dave Zimmer asked me if I knew that the armour all was not only on the sidewalls, but also up on the outside inch of tread. I disregarded his comments and said it should come right off.
So I staged up, hit the gas, and dove into turn one at maybe 75%. The rear swung out in a hurry almost to half way. My correction was a feeble attempt and I found myself off the track in some sandy stuff halfway up the hill to turn two. I was disappointed that I wasn't able to save it since I have driven every corner sideways in the rain at Grattan. Who the **** loops it in the first turn on the first lap in the first session. And I was going kind of slow. Oh well, I had a good laugh at my expense.
