I'm trying to fine tune my suspension before getting an alignment...according to stasis, ride height suggestions are as follows:
" Conservative Street Setup
Between 1/16 and 1/32 TOE IN front and 1/32 TOE IN rear
Ride height at 25.875” front and 26.000” rear
("1.0 camber front)
Aggressive Street Setup
Between 1/32 and 0 TOE IN on all four corners
Ride height at 25.500” front and 25.625” rear
("1.5 to "1.75 camber front)
Track Setup
Between 0 and 1/16 TOE OUT on all four corners
Ride height at 25.000” front and 25.250” rear
("2.0 to "3.0 camber front) "
It seems that I can go much lower than 25", is there any benifit to this? Should I dial it in to the aggressive street set up, get an alignment, then crank it down for auto-x/track days? Should I drop it as much as possible and then get the alignment...it seems that the aggressive street set up is too high...
any input?

to my knowledge, I don't think it'll be bad on the suspension if you go as low as possible as long as you aren't hitting the bump stop of the strut...
is that correct?

I am not an expert but there is a limit to how low you should go on pretty much stock car, and I say stock meaning your car is not all out race car.
