do NOT use Lucas Tire on Western at Addison for ANYTHING
Unless they let you stand there and watch them work.
One of the managers basically told me to go f**k myself when I
asked him why they didn't check my tire for a nail after I specifically asked them to, and it was part of their maintenance package. He wasn't the slightest bit apologetic that their oversight caused me a lot of trouble over Christmas.
Specifically he said that sometimes, stuff they say they will do to your car doesn't get done, too bad! Also, he said that they couldn't care less about their customers/customer service/reputation because they have too many customers already.
This man had the WORST attitude I have ever encountered in a service industry. Unbelievable.

I thought they were ok until last week
when I went in, and they told me my transmission fluid needed to be changed. Funny, since I paid for them to change it 5K miles ago. I don't think that stuff goes off that quickly. It made me wonder if they didn't actually do the flush. And then this guy's attitude... now I just don't trust them.
