Does anyone belong to a XSport Fitness?
There's one opening up in our area, just curious... Seems to have a lot of stuff inside, but still a tad of a drive...
What are you paying? Likes/dislikes?<ul><li><a href="http://www.xsportfitness.com/">this website sucks...</a></li></ul>

used to belong to the Centre Club... then Holmes Place in Chi...
and now since there's NOTHING around me I was considering Foglia Y! but no spinning classes = no go.
I might just rejoin the Centre Club.
That site really sucks. Where are they putting it in Libertyville? That will be the third fitness center in Libertyville (since I don't consider Curves all that).

I drove past a gym once.
But seriously, I've always enjoyed sports but never had any interest in going to the gym. Two summers ago, I ran the treadmill three days a week for an hour each time. Boring. It just made me want to go home and eat the house. I never had a problem running before, probably because there was a soccer ball in front of me. I used to go to a gym as a guest just to use the tennis courts and that was fun too.

it's supposedly near Baker's Sq. and the Toyota dealer.
what other clubs are in the area? Cenre Club is too much $$$ and the Sport complex is pretty lame for cardio equip (low ceilings, not enough stuff etc at least when i was there 2 yrs ago or so). were there others? don't really want to join a club in L'ville as I'd be stuck on Rt. 60 traffic for a half hour at least one way all the time.
And hearing aircon and fixing machines is not a priority isn't cool... :-\

hmm, let me think...
*brain dump*
there's <a href="http://www.fogliaymca.org/">Foglia</a> really close to you. I would check it out and maybe you'll like it.
Lifetime Fitness is no where to be found.
Bally's is on 60.
Curves are a dime a dozen. SKIP.
Then you have the XSport that you mentioned.
<a href="http://www.advocatehealth.com/gshp/services/mind/fitness/">Good Shepherd</a> in Barrington. Too far for you.
Then, just south of Midlothian and Winchester there was a red brick building just north of the sled hill. When I was at VW, a couple employees would go there during lunch to work out. I no longer have their contact info otherwise I would ask them.
I have no idea who <a href="http://pulsefitnesscenters.com/">Pulse</a> is.
Overall, if you haven't already checked out Foglia... I think it's the closest and might fit your needs. I was just about to join because I found out they have an indoor cycling studio but I won't need to use that until winter.

Pish Posh Trixie? :) I prefer the LP trixie. At least she keeps it in the VW family!
