Default does anyone know someone that could weld a 4pt roll cage together?

i'd need clean welds since i'd like to have the thing chromed. and probably just bolt it in, since it's going in more of a show car, and i'd rather have 'looks' over safety of a fully functional 6-8pt cage. it's amazing how some of my ideals have changed with this car.

something like this

or even better, one that looks more like this:

bueller?

Default yeah, Al got a pipe bender and everything, so he could do that no problem. Bolt in is lame though...

not that I don't have a bolt in cage that I may put in the car
but still.... for show, weld in in way cooler.

Default Alston Grp in Antioch. They can put roll cages into any car. Mike (the owner) is a nice guy.

Default i'd do it either way...

i figured a bolt in would be easier to remove if i ever wanted to change. it's not like i'm doing it to add scructural integrity so i don't feel it HAS to be welded in, you know?

Typically $100 per point. That is chassis/frame mounting point. The more crap in the way..more $.

Default so around $400?

Al's quote was $800-1200 which is a bit more than i wanted to spend on a 'show' piece. not to mention having to pay for it to be chromed.
