Default Dr Mr Service Manager

I have always appreciated your kind service on my automobile.....I am shocked to say that it has come to my attention that one of your highly qualified Technicians is using your VALUED customers vehicles for his only personal use. I have just been informed from a friend of mine that my car was spotted at Eisenhower Elementry school in Naperville....The person driving the car which obviously wasnt me was dressed in a clown suit along with some type of puppy with a cast on its back leg and a plastic halo around its head trying to lure children into the back seat of my car! I would hope this issue will be dealt with accordingly or I will be forced to press charges....I would also like to inform you of some "sexual" toys that were found under my seat after my last service visit. I was afraid to touch them due to the threat of HIV and other diseases that your Employee might be carrying. Please have them removed from my vehicle prior to me picking it up. I was also told by the same Employee that a rear brake job would cost somewhere in the range of $1700? Is this number correct?

regards,
VERY concerned customer

Default Dear Valued Customer

My extremely knowledgeable and service oriented technician informed me that he was just trying to duplicate your unique "concerns". I too thought it strange that the repair order said "customer stated while picking up children at an elementary school in a clown suit with my disabled dog riding shot gun the car pulls to the left." Also "customer states after stoping on Cicero avenue and servicing a $2 lady of the night a loud humming noise was heard from under the seat." However we go the extra mile for the customer and stop at nothing for your satisfaction so we obliged. By the way we have reported your highly modified vehicle to Audi of America and they said "No warranty for you!"

Have a nice day!
Tim

Default Dear Understanding Service Manager...

I have taken your statements into consideration and appreciate your attention to detail with all of my complaints. I have decided it is in the best interest to drop "said" charges that were going to be filed with the BBB and my lawyer. Your uncompromising attention to the slightest detail of a customers complaint is invaluable and greatly appreciated...Might I add what an Inteligent and Sucessful man you must be to be running a service Dept. I hope any information that was going to be sent to AoA might be stopped so we can continue many more years of happy service.....

Regards,

Nervous pediphile in a clown suit
