Dear Members,

On July 13, 2007 Keith Anderson and Mark Sampson resigned from the Audi Club board of directors. The club is grateful to Keith and Mark for their volunteerism and leadership.

The board of directors appointed John Horner to complete the director term vacated by Keith Anderson 's resignation. The board of directors appointed Nick Pinto to complete the director term vacated by Mark Sampson 's resignation. The following are your current national board directors:

Thanks for the note, but there appears to be a ton of info missing.

How did Liechty and Fisher get back on the board? Last communication we had was that they were dismissed. What happened to Tomasi and Esmail? Resigned?

The only thing more confusing than the happenings at the ACNA is the lack of communication to the members.

I got the same E-mail..........I figure the ACNA is feeling the budget pinch after the last letter came with postage from the USPS on it.

I'm curious how much the ACNA spent defending the "indemnified" BOD members when this whole thing became filed and served..........
