It all depends on who you ask...
Ive always been reasonably happy with the Exchange... You may want to consider an independant shop if you are going to have to pay for this. The cost to replace my oil pan after I cracked it was about $1300 although that was a 1.8T.

I go 20 miles an 45 minutes out of my way to go to the Exchange and after seeing their new Audi facility, hands down, the Exchange is tops.
Flether does not give out loaners.
The Exchange gives you a choice of 04 A4's and A6's.
