For what its worth... decided to drop Dan an e-mail.
He said that (generally) they were pretty mod friendly... and that it wouldn't hurt to get sort of an ok from them before deciding on something in particular. He said I could do something thru them or use an outside shop (ofcourse I'm thinking beer install :laughs

Go with an Eisenmann. They're hand crafted in Germany.
