good friend owns a condo at ABCC.
dunno if anyone of you all are interested in renting it for DEs, etc but its a pretty bad *** pad.
he rents it out for $200 a weekday night and $250 a night on the weekends.

does he have some sort of special reverse airflow system in the garage so you don't get
any dust on your car?
