So I drag my car in there last week, Russ and Robyn get it in
straight away Thursday afternoon. Ive got answers Thursday 4PM.
I let it sit, make some decisions, inform her that Im not going to
have the work done, too costly.
Not only do they NOT CHARGE me anything for the evaluation (surely an
hours time, maybe more) but they let me abandon the car there for
several days without complaint or storage charge.
I call today and Robyn gives me a bunch of Towing/Flatbed service
numbers that have done good work for the dealership, I call one of
em, they offer a discount because Continental referred them...this is
awesome! I may just have them parade the car around the West Suburbs
tomorrow just so it doesent forget what a street looks like.....
Thanks alot to Russ and everyone at Continental Audi Service, if you
dont go there, I think you are probably missing out. Im sure other
dealer Service departments are good too, but this is personal, dammit.
Its (stuff) like that that can persuade even a 'sticker shocked'
customer to buy a new model knowing that even if the sale is a pain
in the *** (it always is) the Service will be stellar.

I think it should be said that the proprieter Joel is not just a business man, but a true car enthusiast who has been a big supporter of the ACCCC. Continental's service department is the reason I go there and I will continue to do so. That reminds me, I have to make an app't.

Brought my laptop with me, and hadn't even finished reading the forums when they told me my car was ready. 4 cups of coffee and forum surfing done for the morning I was on my way back home.
