He lives on the northeast corner. Seen him there. My understanding is
that he's a lottery winner from around 1995. Have you ever seen the black B5 A4 around Old Town with MTM stickers? I think he has black aftermarket rims. He tried to race me the other day claiming he would smoke me. I know a properly modded A4 can give me a run but I never understood the concept of claiming a victory against a stock car, whatever it is, when you've got a modded car. At any rate, he lost, period.
