Yep...absolutely love it. Nothing beats the grocery store in the building but the units really are
well laid out, good square footage, incredible views and the best thing off all...ISOLATION FROM YOUR NIEGHBORS. As a person who is driven nuts by being aware of ones neighbors I cannot hear (or see) anyone at all. Side to side or up and down. This place is built like a tank and the way the units are laid out and step in and out there is always a major structural piece or a common building space between you and the next unit so there is almost no shared walls with your nieghbors. I am renting from the owner of my unit and getting a great deal. I cannot afford the mortgage on the size of place I am renting as a single person (while paying for an RS6 anyway) but to me the units are pricey but completely worth it for the above comments compared to most buildings in Chicago, this coming from an architect. Ohhh and the most important part, the garage has HUGE parking spaces. No dings are possible.
