Well, okay, there are worse things...but...in my opinion, FJ is "hands off" as far as service goes, and I know I'm not alone in that thought.
My dealer of choice is Laurel in Westmont. Love them dearly, but to take my car out there, get the loaner, come back to the city (which is where I live and work), then go back out in the evening to get the car...it's about a 3-4 hour ordeal due to the lovely I-290.
Other options for service are Continental (which is worse!), McGrath, or the Exchange. All have the same problems.
I wish one of those guys would open a second stealership down here...it'd be my dream come true!

westmont's service dept seems decent enough that I'd go there despite the long trek from downtown...
of course I did buy the car from them and being a happy customer of of the sales dept, I'd gladly give the service dept my business.
Agree 100% on FJ sucking. Sales sucks. Service sucks. And even their parts department aims to rip you off with severely marked-up prices on parts.

Of course they're great, and that's why I make the hour-long drive out there...
it's worth my time to get their level of service vs. that of FJ.
Just would be a dream come true if good Audi service opened downtown.

Totally Agree....here's my experiance inside...
STAY AWAY from fj in the city...horrible service worst of any dealer from manufacturer. never fixed my problem, gave some bs reason and scratched my rear bumper...exhange couldn't figure my problem and I think didnt put enough oil in my car for an oil change..oil light came on after 5k..my car is CPO but im willing to bring it to Al at CPT for any non warranty stuff now... dont have any experience with the other ones but too scared/nervous to bring my car to another stealership....I got way better service with my previously owned jap cars...its really a shame...
