good luck... that happened to me, there's little chance you'll

get $$ from the city unless it caused an accident. I looked into it and just gave up which is what they want anyway. Think of how much $$ is going to F*CKING Morton F*CKING Salt company in this city. I've never in my life seen so much salt used.
