<center><img src="http://www.thebeerstore.ca/chill/Issue1/ribs.jpg"></center><p>I went and ordered 12 full racks of baby back ribs yesterday for a Friday pick up.
I will put a pork rub all over them......then take Grey Poupon mustard all over that......then cook them at 275 F for about 6 hours on a covered cookie sheet in the oven.
Then take them out, let them rest and cool. Then on Sunday I'll fire up the grill, put a small amount of bar-b-que sauce on them and heat them up on the grill. They will be mouth watering!!!

Nothing but a little salt and pepper. Served with a baked potattatataoe, corn and a gin martini, everything was ok.
*burp!*
