Default Moving Violation Advice - Please HELP! - - >

Received two moving violations this past weekend, one in the city of Chicago and one in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

In 4 years of driving these are the first two times I have been pulled over, just happened to not be paying attention to how fast I was going and was caught.

How should I go about taking care of these tickets as to not receive any convictions or these so-called "points" noted on insurance. I have State Farm insurance.

Not sure how Illinois deals with tickets from Michigan. If anyone can please give me some advice I would greatly appreciate it!!

Thanks in advance

Default makes no difference where you get the tickets, if you're convicted the points will transfer to your

illinois license....go to court here and in michigan, plead no contest and hope they give you supervision for both....no points, just a fine and you're set

Default It goes on your record

At that point, your insurance will likely find out and either your rates will go up, or they won't renew your policy. I know this from experience (unfortunately).

Default easy, just tell the Judge ...

"I just happened to not be paying attention to how fast I was going."

Easy like Sunday morning.
