need parking advice for this afternoon ...
will be attending a wedding and reception in Chicago this afternoon/evening ... reception is at The Newberry Library .. .where is the best / closest / free parking in that area?

Dearborn, Delaware, Clark, Chicago circuit...should be able to find a
meter spot. you will not find 'free' parking anywhere there. But you'll have to feed the meter till 9pm every 2hrs....bring quarters...its 30minutes per quarter...

Free? Did you say free? That's where I had lived, and free = towable. Go West, Go North
For less expensive parking. I'd park on Clark somewhere in a garage south of division.
