Stop by for a beer and check it out when you see us (post event, of course!)
. The new truck makes us SOOOO much more mobile. We spent six weeks in (Dec 30-Feb 10) without any comfort issues.
This year we will cover 75% of the Audi Club DE schedule, up from about 35%. We will see the usual suspects everywhere!
Oh, and I can tow a couple dozen cars home, should they brake. You just need to provide the trailer.
<img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/1113/brutus.edited.lr.dsc_9088.jpg">
A couple of fun stats:
- 575hp/1,850lbs of tq.
- Weighs 39,000lbs loaded (without trailer)
- Fuel tanks require 240 gallons. $500 fuel stops are the norm
- Fuel tanks would take just over an hour to fill at a normal (non-semi) diesel pump.
- Truck will run over 100mph with ease. Don't ask me how I know.
- 10spd, automatic. Put it in first and she just goes.
- Sleeps four in total comfort. Generator makes 10K watts and runs the whole truck for about a month on the diesel tanks.
- Carries 200 gallons of fresh water.
- Tows 60,000lbs. Yes, could tow the whole PNS fleet, should they all need to be towed (never!).
But the best part? We can now travel with Otto, our Weimaraner, far more often! Look for him at the track (and below!)

Take care,

Seriously glad you liked your last one. We rarely get anyone who says otherwise (one return out of over 200 events).
And the guy who returned it undoubtedly stole the photos, as I saw him posting them later as "his".
Too sad.
Take care and let everything here calm down. It's all water under the bridge until you bring it up again. Don't worry about it. As far as I'm concerned, it's old news.

I have been into photography for over 20 years, my father actually was a pro in the auto racing industry. But that was like 30 years ago.
Everyone of the images that I got on that disc are a total joy. Partially because of my adoration for my particular type of Audi but also for my appreciation of what you guys do for us as well as the quality of the images.
Also, I really dig that truck set up with the trailer, my father-in-law used to own an RV dealership and I have been going to the RV show for a few years with them and I really cant wait to see the inside of your set up!
As far as all "old news" it is getting older as we type - lol.
Thank you again Mike,
See you @ Grattan or b4
