you can go up to 5 times in a year without fine and after that is gonna be up to $10 a violation

though it was aparantly out of money. But bottom line, they sent her a letter after just 2 violations. She jsut sent them a check for the amount of the 2 tolls and they were happy.

But the kicker- the violations were in early 2003! Took them a year to send her a nasty letter. And several co-workers had the same thing happen to them- a year after the fact, they get letters.

And they come complete with pictures of the license plate and rear of the car.

Might want to anonymously call IPass and ask if you can just send them a check for the amount of the tolls and make it go away now.
