Pretty tall order for that price point. 2BR, 1BA is definitely doable in a developing area, but a 2BR, 2BA with 1+ parking is going to be tight.<ul><li><a href="http://chicago.craigslist.org/search/rfs?query=loft&amp;minAsk=200000&amp;maxAsk=300000 ">Try this search...</a></li></ul>

Didn't think of Craigslist for real estate.

Actually there are a few listings that come close to what we're looking for.
