Photo radar program being continued (and expanded) in Illinois.
I realize it's not new, but I didn't see a post about it this season so figured I'd mention it as a heads-up. hard to get a pic of the driver from the rear...
maybe they're doing both, but that seems to be a much tougher task. front only is easiest, so that's PROBABLY what they're doing... and my front plate will stay off :-)
