Pinewood R8 in progress...
<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/52926/pinewood_audi.jpg"></center><p>My son's Cub Scout troop is holding the annual "Pinewood Derby " contest this weekend. Should be the only R8 model.
And yes, he carved & sanded it, I brought to work to give it a coat of paint.

You bet.
It'll have a wing and all, sans decals. I can't resist airbrushing all the marks like on the real car. Guess I'll have to build another for myself...w/chicktronic!

We work out of Oak Forest in the SW burbs. Not an official shop or anything, just a well-stocked garage. The website is still under construction as of now (www.pnstuning.com). We're just a small outfit of Audi folks who like wrenching on our cars and doing inexpensive work for fellow enthusiasts.
