Yes, but now I have one on each side.

The rear facing infant seat is kind of long. This makes it a bit snug for taller folks in the front. If that seat is in the middle, then both front seats might have to be moved forward. So I have that seat on the passenger side. The front passenger seat can sit a little further forward than the driver's seat. Since the wife is shorter than me, everybody is happy.
