Russ - once again - you and Continental are the BEST.
The pressure was on and Russ was able to get the job done by staying later and working harder to satisfy a customer. You've gotta love the good 'ol American work ethic that Russ embodies.
Robyn - as always - did a stellar job of keeping me informed and of cracking the proverbial whip on Russ.
And yes the AC is now nice and chilly. It's amazing just how important that compressor thingy really is. Very gallant of it to sacrifice itself for the sake of my engine.
