Default Speeding ticket, what to do?
Got caught 53 in 35 zone in wheeling.
should I just pay the penalty and no traffic school or sign up for traffic school? 4 hours.

how long does the record stay if I just pay the fine? Thanks everyone!

Default you have to request it when you go to pay for it.
they will not give it you if you require an 8 hour session, I've tried.

So I would have to goto court? My ticket is one of those with the options to mail in.No court date
